Samaritan Center of Simi Valley

The Samaritan Center is a morning drop-in center for the homeless. Here they can take a shower, get clean clothes, have something to eat, make phone calls, receive mail and messages. Through outreach programs provided at the Center, they have access to public heath nurses, abuse counseling, job recruitment, social workers and more. The Center is here to help the homeless help themselves to become productive members of the community.

Volunteering – The Samaritan Center is fully staffed by volunteers who assist in the communications center, laundry services, reception and other areas.

Donations – The Center depends upon donations of everyday necessities like clothes, food, first aid supplies.

Contributions – Financial assistance is always needed to cover the facility expenses and for the purchase of those items not donated.
