We had an adjustment that needed to be made to our large sliding glass Milgard Window doors we purchased from Preferred Windows and Alan the owner came out to our home to fix the problem. I was impressed with his willingness to come out and address the situation personally and we had a nice chat afterwards. I am long time Simi resident since 1975 and I fully endorse Preferred Windows.
